We've owned this timeshare for the last 12 years, and have used it every year while our kids grew up.  Now they are off to College, so it's time for someone else to enjoy this beautiful unit and location!
This deeded timeshare unit is a fixed week 12, which is truly a prime winter ski week, and usually falls around the third or fourth week of March.
This year, the dates are March 25– April 1 2023, and the full 2023 dues have already been paid! Therefore it is available for you to use this year (2023) for free if we can get the transfer process 100% completed before March 18
th, 2023. This condo usually rents for about 0+/night during prime ski weeks.
This timeshare unit is an extra roomy, two-story, one-bedroom + plus loft corner unit (773 sq ft). It has a large upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, a separate twin bed, and a half bathroom.
On the main level, you’ll find a spacious living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, along with the large fully equipped kitchen. This oversize, one bedroom unit can accommodate 5 or 6 guests comfortably, along with lots of additional floor space if needed.
At Vail Run Resort, you’ll be just a few minutes away from the world famous ski slopes! This resort boasts far more than its five-star location – amenities include: a heated outdoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub, sauna, game room, a gym with weights and cardio equipment, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy spectacular views of the mountain from the heated swimming pool or relax in the hot tub or sauna after a long day of exploring the mountainside. You can also head down to the lounge in the morning for complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, computer access, and local newspapers. Best of all, the resort provides free shuttle service (with wine!) to Vail's hotspot ski and shopping destinations in the winter!

Vail Run will need to review and approve your application to purchase/own this timeshare unit, as they want to make sure they have good owners going forward! Once you are "approved" you'll just need to pay the title company closing fee (approx 0), and the deed will  be transferred into your name.
