and allow the purchase to proceed as contracted with you as the buyer. If the resort exercises their right to buy the property back, your deposit will be refunded.

Closing times may vary by location of ownership; and while we make every effort to ensure the speedy delivery of your deed/membership, as a rule
delivery shall take a minimum of 90 days of and may take as long as 180 days.
Closing includes: Preparation of deed and state tax forms (when applicable to the transfer of your timeshare). After the closing department gathers and prepares the transfer documentation; they deliver your deed to the county clerk or court to be recorded.  Last, a written notification of the transfer, and a copy of the recorded deed are delivered to the resort.
