TaraNova Vacation Club membership.  One floating week per year until 2041 where you can choose a 2 bedroom condo at any one of the four resorts that TaraNova has condos in (Costa Rica, New Hampshire, Myrtle Beach, Tahoe).
The membership will end in 2041, it is not forever, like most timeshares.
Annual maintenance dues have stayed at 9US for the past 4 years.
You can also join RCI timeshare company to exchange for access to timeshares throughout the world.
The purchaser will also have to prepay the 2023 maintenance dues of 9US  to TaraNova which will give you one TaraNova week to use in 2023.   All membership transfers have to be approved by the Club before being finalized.  All money will be refunded to you if your membership is declined.  Canadian residency is preferred as TaraNova may require additional conditions for non-Canadian residents.
TaraNova Vacation Club is governed by a Board of Directors elected by its members. Its properties are held in trust by a company that is controlled by the Board for the benefit of the members.  The Club was formed in 1991.
