TAN - VIP Timeshare - 25 weeks

Purchased 25 weeks of TAN (Travel Advantage Network) weeks about 7 years ago and have yet to use it. Originally purchased for around ,000.
The way the timeshare works is you rent one of their numerous locations for a set duration using "weeks" or days. Since this is a VIP account you are able to use days instead of a whole week at once. There are 50 locations only VIP members can book also.

The 25 weeks are already paid for. I spoke with TAN and I would just need to transfer everything over to the purchaser (free transfer). The yearly maintenance fee is 9 a year. I always call and pay up front where they offer a 10-25% discount if you pay for the year. Short of that the only expense you would have is additional add-ons to the vacation which are shown on the website.
