Steps to complete purchase after you won the auction:

Closing includes:
Preparation of deed, state tax forms, and recording will be prepared by a title company or attorney (when applicable to the transfer of your timeshare). National Property Broker, LLC recognizes and complies with other state laws regarding the advertising of timeshare, the brokerage of timeshare, and the transfer of timeshare. We do not represent the resort and the pictures in this ad are general in nature.
*Refunds:
If the closing of the timeshare is not able to be completed for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the Buyer. ROFR is the concept of a resort matching a resale offer of a timeshare themselves instead of letting the interval get sold to another party (you) for a low price.  ROFR is utilized by some resorts to maintain and control the resale price of the intervals at that resort by buying up their own intervals that sell at low prices, thus ensuring that anyone who wants to purchase an interval at that resort on the resale market, must pay a higher amount to obtain ownership.
