Sedona Springs Timeshare-2023 Maintenance Fees Paid!

We no longer use the timeshare as out kids are grown and travel to destinations outside the country.
The 2023 maintenance fees are paid, but at the time of this listing the 2023 week has not yet been booked/schedule, so that will be up to the buyer. So, I recommend the buy schedule/book their week as soon as possible as inventory for prime weeks runs out for premiums weeks (meaning those around the holidays, if they're not already gone).
