Red Wolf Olympic Valley - 1BR Even, Ski in/Ski out Tahoe FREE CLOSING, 2023 PAID

Description

This is an ideal Lake Tahoe ski-in ski-out resort.  It's right at the base of Palisades Tahoe (aka Squaw Valley), and you can literally pop on your skis out the resort back gate and slide down to the Red Dog Lift.  Ski down for breaks and get back out there.  Walk 5 minutes to the restaurants, bars and shops.  Avoid the crowds and traffic!
This is a 1BR Even Year usage - first use 2024.  This is for swing usage, so in spring (weeks 17-21), and 37-48.  Perfect spring skiing resort!  This is also a part of the GPX Vacations network, with super easy trades across resorts, and the ability search for and buy weeks in the other popular GPX resorts online.  Every year, I've deposited this week and easily exchanged for a winter week.  I"ve also  bought more weeks at this resort or its sister resort Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge, which is closer to Northstar Resort (although not a ski in-ski out).
We will use a professional timeshare closing company to close, and I will pay ALL closing costs.  Maintenance fee is ,171.66 per usage, billed at 5.83 per year.  2023 fees of 5.83 have been PAID.
