This is an RCI points membership that is backed by a Thunderbird deed. All reservations have to go through RCI. If the owner wants to stay at the Thunderbird they have to book it through RCI and pay an exchange fee. If they no longer want to be RCI points members, they have to contact RCI and request to terminate their points based plan. Once the points are cancelled they will have a deeded Thunderbird 2 bedroom Fall season week as a weeks based program.
