    Super Presidential 2 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 8 with jacuzzi on balcony.  2 weeks a year XMAS & NEW years but you can change out weeks as these are big weeks.  I typically will change XMAS to a week of my choice and sell new years for at least K via red week which covers that week and you make money.  These are the best weeks. The original cost paid for this unit was K.  I have ALL paperwork and we will go through resort closings and I will pay that fee.
    The yearly maintenance fee is only ,500 which is for both weeks.
    Maintenance fees have already been paid this year.  If you buy this you can buy a week for ,300 via the resort.
    This UNIT is deeded for week 51 & week 52 until 2036 starting next year as this year it is booked but you as an owner you can still book the same unit for whenever you wish for half the maintenance fees with the resort owner line.  I typically will sell New Years for around k and then I switch around Christmas although many owners love this 2 week stay.
