Upgraded from the master suite to a Penthouse to better accommodate our family and friends that travel with us to this resort. We have gone continuously every year since 2009. Cabo is our home away from home. This resort is fabulous. Perfect for everyone from young families, to those with teenagers, to couples regardless of age - our parents have their own timeshare and have come here for almost 20 years. The only reason we are selling is because of the upgrade and we will not be using.
We have an original 15-45 week contract (better than the current 17-40 that is offered now). It is an ODD year contract, available for use in 2023. Floating week, so come in the spring, summer or early fall. Maintenance fees are due every year used (so every odd year) and are currently 84.
Ownership is good through 2037. Meaning there are 8 weeks left on this contract. Rooms normally rent for 0/night. Buy the timeshare for what 1 week at the resort costs, get the 7 remaining weeks for free.
