Devils Thumb Ranch!!  The resort offers free shuttle to Winter Park. The Pines at Meadow Ridge offers accommodations that feature all of the amenities in a home and hotel so you can relax in complete comfort while you are on vacation. All of our condominium-style units come with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit is completely furnished and may accommodate up to six people.
Guests may enjoy wifi services, access to Club House.  Club house offers hot tubs, sauna, large screen television and laundry facilities.
This Unit for Sale is a Week 52 (available in 2023 and every year after)
1st half of 2023 maintenance fees have been paid by seller.  2nd half due in June (Buyer to pay)

We except Electronic Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Bank Wire.  All forms of payments have no fees.  Full payment is due within 3 Days of auctions End.  If Mailing a check, money order, or cashier's check, winner must send the funds with tracking number and provide us the tracking number within 3 days of auctions end.  Once the auction is complete, the winning bidder will receive a message from us requesting their information for the contract within 24 hours.  Please ask all questions prior to bidding
