Original, as found, uncleaned condition
There is a bit of residue at the bottom of the mortar
There is a very small nick in the brass, along the bottom of of the mortar--nothing significant
The pestle is 9" long
The mortar stands 4 7/8" tall; the base diameter is 3 1/16"; the opening is 5"
The pieces weigh about 5 pounds
