    Insect Study Merit Badge -
    Type K, has a blue "BSA" with red "2010" date slogan backing,  This badge type was issued for only a few years between 2010 - 2012 and could be one of the rarest of all types in the future.  This merit badge began as Insect Life in 1923 with the spider in web design.  In 1925, the design changed to a grasshopper like bug design.  In 1985, the name was changed to Insect Study, as it remains today.  The scan shows both front and back of the badge.   Mint perfect condition!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
