I have two weeks at this resort and just picked up a HGVC so I am selling this one. Its a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Silver week worth 1400 points every other year on even years. First usage in 2024.  Week 46 falls on Thanksgiving some years however the points can be used at any Hyatt Residence Club resort any time of the year based on availability. You can stretch these points out to multiple trips for a couple of weeks or more as nights go for as few as 35 points per night depending on the location, season and size of the unit.  Don't make the mistake of buying Hyatt Portfolio Points on
resale
as the restrictions really limit your options.
This is an Interval International Elite Resort and trades wonderfully,
epically
with Marriott Vacation Club locations.  Typically you can get a 2 bedroom Suite for 1,300 points in II.
This location has the lowest maintenance fees with Hyatt so its an affordable way to pick up extra points. I was at a recent owners update and retail portfolio points are running around /point.
