There will be 2023 480 Float points issued on 9/1/2022 and they expire May 16, 2024.
Please note that this Resort does have the Right of First Refusal on this ownership. Should the Resort exercise their Right of First Refusal and buy back the ownership, we will refund the buyer 100% of their funds in escrow.
