    Description

    My Wife and I purchased a time share in the Highlands Resort.  Our unit is set for Week 50 (every even year) unit C101.  A cozy one bedroom unit minutes from downtown Sedona and very close to Flagstaff / Grand Canyon, Snow bowl etc.  We simply don't use this unit anymore as prefer Vegas for our vacations.  There is no money owed on this unit and the maintenance dues are paid in full for the next 2 years (next due August 11th for 5 this amount is for two years)  We will pay this amount for the successful buyer.
    We are asking for 00.  The current maintenance fees are 5 every two years.  I'm in contact with their main office and they said I can sell this privately.  My Wife and I paid over ,000 for this unit.  If interested please call me at my office (480) 389-5656.  I own a glass company in Arizona and we can talk about how to properly transfer this unit in your name.
