    Once the transfer is complete, we can provide your credit card to Hilton for the 0.00 transfer fee and 5.00 for the club activation fee. When you call to establish your membership there is an annual Club Dues fee of 9.00. If you are already an HGVC Owner you will only pay this fee once.
    If you cannot follow through with the transaction, please do not bid. If you are the high bidder and cannot complete this purchase it is our policy to report you as a non-paying bidder.     CLOSING PROCEDURES
    Once the paperwork is received from the Seller and Buyer, the estoppel is ordered. An estoppel is a letter that will verify the legal status of the timeshare property, maintenance fees and taxes, any monies owed on property, point balances, and any other pertinent information regarding the ownership. The paperwork is then sent to the title company.
    Closing documents will be sent to buyer and seller. Once they are received the deed is recorded and the resort is notified.
    You will then receive a package or a letter from the resort with your account information.
