I've owned my week since 1997, before Holiday Inn Vacation Club (HIVC) purchased the Silverleaf Resort group. With this timeshare, I was able to book "bonus time" within the Silverleaf Network and enjoyed numerous stays at Lake Conroe, Galveston, Branson, Orlando, Illinois,
Massachusetts
, and all the Texas resorts. Bonus time can be 1 night up to 10 nights for a very low nightly fee. Bonus Time can be booked all year long, so you can stay numerous nights in addition to the deeded week.
Over the last 25 years, I traded my week through RCI and enjoyed vacations in Mexico, Florida, Colorado, New York, Georgia, Tennessee, Nevada and others.
The winning bid includes the title transfer fee. Winning bidder and I will work with the Holiday Inn Vacation Club / Silverleaf to transfer title to the winning bidder.
