    Drafting Merit Badge -
    Type H,  Blue backing plastic backing issued in early 1970's.  The light-blue backing version is hard to find and is considered a unique subset of Type H.  Drafting merit badge began as Mechanical Drawing in 1933 with the drafting tools design.  In 1965 the name was changed to Drafting and a light-blue background was added in 1969, as it remains today.   Mint perfect condition!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
