A “LOCKOFF” Unit means you get to split your Unit into 2 separate Units meaning your paying for one week, BUT YOU GET 2 WEEKS of vacation, because of the Lockoff..
We currently have 7 weeks of vacation “IN THE BANK” to “TRAVEL WHEREVER YOU WANT TO GO” !!!! My wife and I have traveled all over, we have Island hopped to so many Islands I can’t remember them all.
We used it for what a timeshare was made for >>> TRAVELING <<< wherever you want to go…..
BUT, in order to travel wherever you want to go, you have to become a member of INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL which is only a cost of 9 for 5 ( five ) years, that’s ONLY .80 per year average.
That’s where the banking comes from. You can Bank your weeks up to 2 years, if you are a member of Interval International.
There are soooo many amazing places you can travel with a Timeshare if you use it right.. Islands, you have a Condo right on the BEACH.. All Different COUNTRIES you can travel to.
It’s just amazing. I have been a timeshare Owner for over 30 years and they are wonderful if you use them right

UNFORTUNATELY, OUR TRAVELS ARE CUT SHORT….
I have had many surgeries and it’s getting really tough getting around to enjoy things, and my Wife’s PARKINSON’S is getting pretty bad now, so we are kind of being forced to sell it. It’s a deeded Property you can will it to your kids and on and on…. All our children are too busy working all the time to take it. They said they just wouldn’t be able to use it as we did.
