Instead of a deed to an individual resort, Club Wyndham Access members receive an ownership certificate for the amount of Access points purchased. the ownership interest in Club Wyndham Access is a perpetual ownership so it can be passed on to heirs. Club Wyndham Access truly has it all - ownership in perpetuity, Advance Reservation Priority to 66 "home" resort locations, and all the vacation benefits of Club Wyndham Plus! Please note that reservations made within the Advance Reservation Priority window are subject to availability and may only be made using points associated with your Club Wyndham Access ownership.

**The ARP window for Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort is available for stays between Labor Day and May 31. From May 31 to Labor Day reservations may be requested during the Standard Reservation window.
***The Advance Reservation Priority for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Emerald Grande™ at Destin is available for stays between February and December. Reservation requests are not available for stays in January.
****The Advance Reservation Priority for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Smugglers’ Notch Vermont® currently has limited availability for the month of July. Reservation requests are currently not available for stays between December 16 and December 31.
