Closing:
Preparation of deed and closing documents. Approximately 4-6 weeks after payment is received our closing
department
will email both parties the newly prepared deed (if applicable) and closing
documents.  When we receive the completed documents from both parties the deed will be sent to the county for recording. Once we receive the recorded deed back from the recorders office the transfer documents will be sent to the resort for them to complete the transfer on their end.

We GUARANTEE that we will deliver you a clear and marketable title (or membership when applicable) to the property purchased in this auction within 180 business days. In addition, if there is an encumbrance on the title, you may return the real property and receive a full (100%) refund.
